HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Your final tuition payment is due by January 15th, 2012. Your tuition balance is
$__________.
There is a $10.00 late fee for payments not received by the 25th.
All Recital Costumes have been ordered. A picture of your costume will be posted on the
bulletin board at the end of each class starting next week. Your costume balance is
$__________and is due by February 15th.
Anyone interested in making up a missed class, please let me know. I will be happy to
schedule a Make-Up Class for you this month.
IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER: Please mark these dates on your calendar:
- January 15th - Tuition balance due
- February 15th - Recital Costume payment due
- April 2nd – April 8th - Spring Break (this might be different than your school. Please
mark it on your calendar.) Classes resume on April 9th
- April 27th – Recital Pictures taken 12 noon until 6 PM at the Dance School. You will be
able to make an appointment closer to the event.
- May 12th - Recital Day to be held at the Grand Opera House.
The Dance School does not close on Federal Holidays, Valentines Day, St. Patrick’s Day,
etc. The only time we will be closed is April 2-8 for Spring Break. (Please Note - this
break may be (and probably is) different from your school)
If the weather is bad and schools are closed, call the Dance School one hour before your
class time to see if we are open for classes.
Thank You for the out-pouring of gifts we received for the Toys for Tots children. Your
generosity and thoughtfulness made Christmas very happy for several Middle Georgia
families.
Thank you for your participation in the Macon Christmas Parade. This was the first time
we have attempted a dancing unit in the Christmas Parade ever. I think everyone looked
and did an amazing job.
